Ah they were great they threw in a complementary sanitation kit and the osmio sanser cleaner, postage was really quick and the item is perfect. We got the osmio reverse osmosis zero 2, we had the first model for 6 years just about and couldn't get any better.

We rented the Osmio Infinity when our 10 yo old daughter, a keen runner, injured her ankle ( initially thought broken ), her consultant was amazed by the speed of her recovery, the swelling and pain was greatly reduced after 2 x 1 hour sessions. I injured my wrist whilst out on my motorcycle and was unable to grip at work, so I put the limb bag on my arm and treated it with the gas, topically. The pain was gone within 2 days and back to 80% movement which was incredible.
